Ordering and delivery conditions The online store of Pomppulinnapark is an online service operated by Irti Maasta Oy (business ID: 2659037-9, c/o Kummelipolku 5a, 02330 Espoo, Finland), where you can buy vouchers and admission products such as serial tickets as well as promotional products such as passes or serial tickets at promotional prices.
You do not need to register to use the online shop. By using the online service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a Ticketed Product means an admission, promotional or voucher product paid for in the Online Shop.
Prices, Product Information and Validity Periods The price of a ticket product is the price displayed in the online shop in connection with the product information at the time of ordering, including VAT. Any delivery charges will be added to the price.
Products from the online shop are only valid as admission products or means of payment at Pomppulinnapark, unless otherwise stated in the individual ticket product.
A Ticket Product purchased from the Online Shop is valid from the date of purchase. The validity period of ticket products varies and the validity of each product can be seen in the product information before purchase.
Ordering and Delivery Ticket products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the online checkout. The contract comes into force once you have placed your order in our online shop system.
After a successful order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you gave us at the time of purchase. If you have selected email as the delivery method for your Tickets, you will receive a separate message containing the paid Tickets. The processing and delivery time for Ticket products delivered by post is 3-5 working days.
At the reception of destinations, you can display tickets digitally. If you wish, you can also print the tickets.
Any delivery charges will be determined in accordance with the current price list and will be available for inspection before payment is made.
If the Ticket Products selected for electronic delivery have not arrived in your inbox within one (1) day of payment, please contact Customer Service by email.
Payment service provider Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Nets and banks. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the online merchant in the first instance.

Right of Exchange and Return Unused ticket products will not be redeemed, refunded or exchanged for cash. Lost Ticket Products will not be replaced or refunded. Unused single, series or other tickets purchased online are not subject to cancellation (Consumer Protection Act Chapter 6, §16, Section 11).
The Overwhelming Barrier Pomppulinnapark is not liable for delays or failure to provide services caused by force majeure, or for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by such delays or failure. We will endeavour to notify customers of force majeure as soon as possible.
Changes to the Terms of Delivery Bouncy Castle Park has the right to change these terms and conditions if the change is necessary due to legislation or an official decision.
Customer Complaints and Dispute Resolution If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact our customer service.
If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, you can take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking your case to the Consumer Disputes Board, you should contact the Consumer Advice Centre.
