Gift voucher for Bouncy Castle Park

In addition to experiences, the gift voucher can also be used for refreshments and other great products in our café.

Here are some general things to know about gift cards.

Validity of the gift voucher and purchase with the gift voucher

• The gift card can be used to make purchases as long as it has value or is valid.
• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is indicated on the gift card. If necessary, you can check the expiry date of your gift voucher by contacting one of our centres.
• The gift card cannot be used after the expiry date indicated on it.
• The validity period of the gift voucher is calculated from the time of sale of the voucher, not from the last time the voucher was used.
• Expired vouchers are automatically removed from the system after their expiry date.
• The gift voucher can be used to purchase tickets for a date after the expiry date of the gift voucher, as long as the purchase is made within the validity period of the gift voucher.
• A lost gift card will not be replaced.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Extending the validity of the gift card during the period of validity of the gift card

• In exceptional cases, the validity of the gift voucher may be extended once by one month during the period of validity of the gift voucher by contacting the centre from which the gift voucher was purchased.
• Once extended, the validity cannot be extended again

Gift card expired?

• Unfortunately, if the voucher has expired, there is nothing more you can do with it. Gift vouchers are automatically deleted from the system at the end of their validity period and cannot be reactivated.
