## 1. Organizer
The raffle is organized by **Irti Maasta Oy** (Business ID 2659037-9), address c/o Kummelipolku 5a, 02330 Espoo (”Organizer”). The raffle is part of the marketing communication for Pomppulinnaparkki.

## 2. Eligibility to participate
Every natural person who is at least 18 years old, residing permanently in Finland, can participate in the draw.
Employees of the Organizer or its group companies and their immediate family members may not participate in the draw.
Participation does not require purchasing or payment.

The lottery rounds for 2026 will be published on the following dates: April 6, 2026, July 20, 2026, and November 2, 2026. Each round is a separate lottery.

## 4. Participation
Participation in the draw is as follows:
1. Subscribe to the Bounce Castle Park newsletter at [pomppulinnapark.fi](https://pomppulinnapark.fi).
2. Open the giveaway round newsletter.
3. Click the lottery link in the newsletter, which directs you to the page [pomppulinnapark.fi/kampanja/arvonta/](https://pomppulinnapark.fi/kampanja/arvonta/).
4. Complete the participation form within the participation period of the respective draw round.
Each person can participate once per drawing round. Multiple entries will be rejected, and only the first one will be accepted.

## 5. Prize
The prize in the drawing is a **birthday package at Bounce Castle Park REDI** (REDI Shopping Centre, 00580 Helsinki). The package includes 2 hours of bouncing and the use of your own party room continuously, according to the standard content of Bounce Castle Park's birthday parties.
The prize does not include catering or any additional services, unless otherwise stated in the newsletter for the prize draw. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
The birthday celebration must be held by {{palkinnon_voimassaolo}}. Unclaimed rewards will expire without further notice.
When organizing birthday parties, Pompulinnaparkki's general safety and code of conduct rules apply. The general minimum age is 3 years. Bouncing is not suitable for individuals with limitations affecting balance or joint function, recent injuries, or illnesses that could be aggravated by jumping.

## 6. Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be drawn by random selection from all eligible participants. One (1) winner per drawing round.
The winner will be contacted **personally** by email or phone using the contact information provided on the entry form within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner's name or contact information will not be published on Pomppulinnaparkki's channels.
If the winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days of the drawing or if the winner does not confirm receipt of the prize within that time, the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner.

## 7. Organizer's Responsibility
The organizer's liability shall be limited to the value of the prize. The organizer is not responsible for obstacles to participation due to, for example, technical malfunctions, undelivered emails, or internet connection outages.
The organizer is not liable for damages caused by the use or acceptance of the prize to the winner or a third party, except for liability arising from mandatory legislation.

## 8. Processing of Personal Data
The participation form collects name, email address, and phone number. The data will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing this draw and contacting the winner.
The data will be deleted once the raffle round has ended and the birthday party has been held, unless the participant has separately agreed to continue the newsletter subscription.

## 9. Lottery Tax Act
The organizer is responsible for the lottery tax according to the Lottery Tax Act (552/1992).

## 10. Other conditions
The raffle is not sponsored, administered, or in any way associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other third party.
By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these rules and agrees to abide by them.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules, schedule, or prize of the draw if the change is necessary for technical, operational, or legal reasons. Changes will be announced on this same page.
Finnish law applies to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation; otherwise, disputes will be settled by the Helsinki District Court.
