Booking conditions

General information These terms and conditions are used to define the terms and conditions between the customer and Irti Maasta Oy / Pomppulinnaparkki (FI26590379). By making a reservation, the customer accepts these terms and agrees to be bound by them. The agreement enters into force when the customer has booked the service and Pomppulinnapark has confirmed the booking. In case of differences of interpretation between the different language versions, the Finnish version shall be binding.

Booking conditions All bookings are binding, we do not make provisional reservations. All outstanding tickets must be paid for before the date of booking. We reserve the right to re-sell any tickets that have not been properly redeemed on a case by case basis.

The number of participants for parties and groups must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event. Increases in the number of participants are only possible if there are free places available.

Unused tickets purchased and paid for cannot be returned or refunded (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6 §16, paragraph 11).

Cancellation policy If you do not arrive, you must cancel your reservation by email or via the link in the booking confirmation.
All group bookings must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to booking. If cancelled less than 7 days but more than 3 days before the reservation, we will charge 50 % of the total amount of the reservation. If cancelled less than 3 days before the reservation, we will charge 100 % of the total amount of the reservation. Reservations for individual tickets must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation will be charged 100 % of the price.

In special cases (illness), exceptions can be made on presentation of a medical certificate.

Pomppulinnapark reserves the right to cancel a customer's booking if the event has to be cancelled due to, for example, low attendance or other force majeure. In such cases, we will offer another product/service from our range of products/services. If no suitable product can be found, we will refund the customer the amount paid for the booking.

All products/services sold on our website are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale for online shops. Unused tickets purchased online cannot be returned (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6 §16, Section 11).

Use of services The purchased product/service can only be used to consume the product/service for which it was purchased.

Holidays We will not issue refunds for days when the centre is closed (such as public holidays, planned maintenance, etc.).

We do not give refunds for exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. evacuation of a shopping centre due to a fire alarm).

Contribution from You can buy our products on our website or on the spot. In some specific cases, you can also buy our products from third party outlets. On our website you can pay using any of the payment methods offered by Paytrail Oy.
You can pay on the spot with cash (in euros), debit/credit cards, Pomppulinnapark gift cards and sports benefits (Smartum, Edenred, Eazybreak, ePassport, etc.). Gift cards and sports benefits cannot be converted into cash.

We can send an invoice, but the invoice must be agreed in advance. We do not send invoices to individuals. All invoices include a 10 euro surcharge.

Gift vouchers When paying with a gift card, you must present the gift card at the time of payment. When using the gift voucher in the online shop, you must enter the gift voucher code in the field provided. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Sickness cases, changes and reimbursements A doctor's certificate is required for refunds in cases of acute illness. All refunds or changes to reservations will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Credits and changes may be subject to a processing fee of up to EUR 10.

Payments made with a mobility benefit (Smartum, Edenred, Eazybreak, ePassport, etc.) or any other benefit offered by the employer cannot be refunded.

Age limits The recommended minimum age is 2 years. We recommend that young children are accompanied by an adult. Children are always the responsibility of their carers.
